"Wyoming joins 48 other states who offer softball as a high school sport !!! "

High school softball is officially coming to Wyoming after a unanimous vote, Tuesday Nov 5th, by the Wyoming High School Activities Association. The first sanctioned softball season will be played in the spring of 2021 !!   See the vote and reactions below.  

Discussions began in August 2018, after a groundswell of support out of Cody and Rock Springs, WY ... and from a group of softball players in Arizona, who have raised awareness and procured over 2,300 signatures on a petition that helped lead a viral support campaign originally titled “#WhyNotWyomingSoftball”
